Dragon Park - Part IV

A see-saw made for twins.

What is this thing?

Even dragon tummies need kisses too.

Catie made it though while Miranda looks on the other side.
Also, you may note that Catie and Miranda have more pictures than Erika. I tried to take Erika's picture several times, but was spurned. If she had a bodyguard, she would have send him or her over to explain that Erika was not interested having her picture taken. So we have had to resort to sneaky pictures such as this one to capture her fifth year.

Mirand sings "I gotta be me".

Miranda explores the Dragon's belly as Catie climbs farther back in the tail section.

Erika is always ready for her close-up.

Erika Graduates from Preschool

On Friday, Erika's preschool held an "Extravaganza" where all the students sang for the parents. Those that were moving on to kindergarten also got certificates, a mini-graduation.

Unfortunately, I did not get very good pictures. (time for a digital camera with f-stops, hint-hint Jason ;-) Here is Erika during the entrance procession.

And the only semi-decent shot I took of Erika's group singing. It's hard to get a good picture when you have to elbow out the other proud parents.

Last day of Toddler Group

Catie and Miranda had their last day of toddler group today. The girls made the most of their last day. Here Miranda tries to drink the water from the water table to have one more sparkly poo before summer.

Catie does her favorite marching song with the scarves. She will even sing this in her crib when she goes to sleep or wakes up.

Teacher Amy had a little ceremony where she gave her students their certificates. Miranda is not sure what to do with the paper.

And Catie is not happy that this is the last day with Teacher Amy. We will miss you.

Twin Twin Birthday Birthday Weekend etc.

Do not mess with these three.

Miranda pokes a cupake.

Erika is told to help her Catie with her balloon. Erika doesn't want to, and Catie thinks she is stealing it.

Watching morning cartoons. Miranda is on top.

Twin's Birthday Weekend continued

We're practicing for a future awkward family photo. I think we have real potential here.

Catie loves the shades.

No birthday cake. Erika translated the babies request for cupakes instead.
(I feel like there should be an apostrohe in babies, but I have no idea how that works anymore.)

OK, we are dressed the same now. Are you happy? We aren't!

Kids in the Yard

OK Aunt KMI, Here is a sample of our cuteness for you. Not that it is very exciting, but this is how it is.

Sunny Day

It was a beautiful day for a walk, so we gathered up the girls and headed to the park. Instead of carrying dollies in their strollers, they are hauling their favorite new balls. Notice how each ball reflects each girl's personality.

We also have some potty training beginning. Catie shows her reading genes as she demands a book while on the potty.

Miranda also gives the potty a try, albeit with a bit more movement.

April cuteness

Well, it's been a while since I've posted pictures so there is a bit of a backlog. So sit down, grab a cup of something good and enjoy the show.

Erika enjoying a laugh on her favorite brown couch.

Miranda showing that she has enough hair to use a small clip.

Catie showing her pink hair clip as she plays a game with Mommy

And you can't have too many balloons in the bath. Miranda is on the left and Catie is on the right.

Erika learns to use the camera

In other news, Erika has learned to use the point and shoot camera. She seems to enjoy it and has taken some good shots. She started off by taking pictures of the people and things closest to her, and figured out how to work a self portrait.

Catie is still her favorite person.

Meow-meow has been renamed 'Adam'. With the new Mythbuster's moniker, she is still a favorite stuffed animal. (Yes, Adam is a girl cat.)

Mommy is everywhere! Time to get a shot.

Someday, this will make a great Facebook icon.
